Shipping Timeline




• Items in stock ship in 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) 
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available. 
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.
 

Handling and Delivery Times:

  • Handling time ranges from 1 to 3 days, while delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days. Please note that some products are sourced from international studios.
  • Please expect additional delivery time for rural areas.
  • Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.

Oversized, Hand-Crafted Items :

  • Our oversize furniture line has a 20% restocking fee for returns due to change of mind.
  • For oversized furniture and hand-crafted sculptures, shipping time can take between 3 to 6 weeks. 
  • Please be aware that any delivery issues caused by incorrect address input are the buyer's responsibility.
