We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with out missing parts.

To be eligible for a return, your item should meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in pristine condition, just as you received it.
  • The item should be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging, complete with all parts intact.

Damages and Issues

Please take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If, for any reason, you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if there has been a mix-up with your order, reach out to us immediately. We're here to promptly address any issues and make things right for you. (please be aware that if you do not  promptly provide evidence, it may not able to process returns or issue refunds. )


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We understand that preferences can change, but  we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


Photographic Proof

For returns involving missing or defective parts, we kindly request that you provide photographic evidence. This helps us serve you better and faster.


Exchanges

If you're eager to get your hands on a different item, the quickest way is to return the original one. Once your return is accepted, feel free to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.


Refunds

After receiving and carefully inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
